    Our state-of-the-art Alchemy Cabin can be installed into your office or workspace within a day instantly reducing stress and anxiety while improving overall health and relaxation in less that 10 minutes at the click of a button. Grounded in cutting-edge scientific research, these cabins offer instant results, promoting mental clarity and reducing stress using a combination of 8 proven therapies: Light therapy, far infrared therapy, PMFT (Pulse magnetic field therapy), aromatherapy, mindfulness, meditation, visualisation, affirmation, and hypnotherapy. This only needs a 2x2m space and is fitted and maintained through the year.

  • Workshops

    The workshops are held on-site at your location so you don't have to worry about travel. They are interactive sessions that include fun, skills, and motivational talks to boost morale and keep your team driven!

    A pack that is sent out to support the integration of your team that include: easy steps to access, interactive workbooks, the Stoic Alchemist book, and a few other assists in relaxing, and relieving stress, and anxiety!
